  7. Effect changes in teachers' salaries regarding:
    • Bank details
    • Garnish Orders
  8. Capturing and reconciliation of revenue
  9. Report budget performance.
  10. Draft response to queries raised by Author General.
  11. Vendoring of teachers.
  12. Assist in processing of terminal benefits (Provide proof of payment).

FUNCTIONS

  1. Support Electronic Teachers Management System (D_Bit & Resource link).
  2. Support internet connectivity, softwares, and hardwares.
  3. Give Advice and coordinate the relevant upcoming technology.
  4. Manage Database/System Security, servers and movement of workstations.

Registry

FUNCTIONS

  1. Receive incoming mails and prepare the mails for circulation.
  2. Keep teachers files.
  3. Maintain a record of movement of files.
  4. File correspondence in appropriate files and mark such letters for action as directed by the Director TSD.
  5. Dispatch out going mails to various destinations.
